Cairn: Form support
Email us and a person at ASACE Labs will read it. There is no ticket portal and no support account to create.
Subscriptions and restoring purchases
If you have paid but Form still shows you as free, open Profile and choose Restore purchases. Restoring works from the Apple ID or Google account that made the purchase, so check you are using the same store account and that the device is online. Membership is linked to your Form account through RevenueCat, so sign in to the same Form account too.
To see, change or cancel a subscription, use your App Store subscription settings or your Google Play subscription settings. Deleting the app or your Form account does not cancel a subscription.
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple, through reportaproblem.apple.com. For Google Play purchases, use Google Play's refund process. If the problem is with the app, tell us and we will try to put it right.
Getting into the app
To create or return to a Form account, choose Continue with Apple (on iOS) or Continue with Google on the sign-in screen. Apple and Google are the only sign-in options, so there is no Form password to reset.
If sign-in fails, check your connection and try again with the same Apple or Google account. If it still fails, or the app will not open, email us with your device and its iOS or Android version and any error shown.
To delete your account, open Profile, choose Delete account and confirm. This permanently deletes your Form account and clears its training data from this device. Finish or discard any workout in progress first. If you have already removed the app, how to delete your account covers the routes open to you and what deletion removes.
If the store is unreachable, Form keeps working from your saved plan and history on the device.
Workout data and local storage
Your profile, programme, logged workouts and progress are stored on your device. Your Form account holds no training data and there is no cloud sync, which means we hold no copy and cannot recover data for you.
There is no training-data export in this release. Deleting your account or the app clears its local training data. If another account's data blocks sign-in, the sign-in screen offers Clear this device’s Form data; this leaves that account intact. Record anything you want to keep elsewhere before clearing data, removing the app or changing device: cleared data cannot be recovered.
Programme and workout questions
If a session looks wrong for you, most of it is adjustable: update your equipment, schedule and session length in your profile, record a movement limitation, exclude a movement or exercise you do not want, or swap an exercise for a listed substitution during a workout.
Your programme is reviewed at the end of a block rather than rewritten after every session. That is deliberate, so that a single hard day does not redirect your training. Rowan can explain what the programme is doing and why. If something still looks wrong, send us a description of the session and what you expected.
Accessibility
We want Form to be usable with the accessibility features you already rely on, including VoiceOver, larger text and Reduce Motion. If something is unlabelled, unreachable, hard to read or hard to operate, please tell us what you were using and where the problem was. We treat accessibility reports as bugs, not as feature requests.
Privacy questions
The Cairn: Form privacy policy sets out what the app stores on your device, how your Form account works, what is shared with Apple, Google and RevenueCat so that purchases work, what Rowan sends to answer a message, and what the app does not do: no advertising, no analytics and no tracking.
If you have a question that it does not answer, or you want to exercise a data protection right, email support@asacelabs.com.
Reporting a bug
Useful bug reports usually include:
- your app version, device model and its iOS or Android version;
- what you were doing, step by step;
- what you expected, and what happened instead;
- whether it happens every time;
- a screenshot, if one shows the problem.
Form has no remote crash reporting, so a crash on your device tells us nothing unless you tell us about it. Your report is genuinely how we find out.
