Cairn: Form · How it is built
Adaptive training, built around evidence.
A clear programme for the workout in front of you. A considered review of what should come next.
How Form is being built
A programme with a purpose
Form is designed primarily for hypertrophy, with strength as a secondary goal. Training is organised into four-week blocks, with exercise prescriptions that make the intended work clear.
Rules behind the recommendations
Deterministic programming and validation provide the foundation: defined rules, rather than a fresh guess each time. Evidence informs the training logic without claiming that one approach is best for everyone.
Review the block, then adapt
Completed training informs the review at the end of a block. That review is designed to guide the next block, rather than constantly rewrite your programme after each session.
Progression with a stated reason
Each prescription carries a target repetition range, and progression follows the work you actually logged against that target rather than a fixed increase each week. Progress gathers the record back into a few clear views, and Rowan, the in-app coach, explains in plain language what the programme is doing. Rowan reads your training record and answers from it; it does not change your programme on its own.
Less friction during the workout
The product brings the programme, exercise logging and previous performance into a simple training experience. The detail stays available without getting between you and the next set.
