What we help fix
Quotation & order admin
Bring enquiries, quote requests, follow-ups and order updates into a clearer process.
Software integrations
Connect spreadsheets, customer records and existing systems so your team stops entering the same details twice.
Focused internal tools
Simple dashboards, approval steps and job trackers built around a specific workflow.
Document & AI automation
Extract and organise information from documents, draft routine outputs, and keep people in control of approvals.
Who we build for
Our current focus is established B2B teams where manual coordination creates delays, rework or unnecessary admin. We start by understanding the process, not proposing an app.
Industrial suppliers & distributors
Enquiries, repeat orders, quotes and updates across email, spreadsheets and stock systems.
Engineering & manufacturing teams
Drawing revisions, customer approvals, job handovers and reporting alongside existing systems.
Field service & maintenance firms
Site records, scheduling, service updates and information that needs to reach the right person.
Other growing B2B teams
Any repeatable process that relies on copying data or chasing updates by hand.
Internal systems we have built
These are examples from our own operations, not paid client case studies. They show the kinds of internal tools and integrations we can build.
Internal tools we run ourselves
-
Social publishing pipeline
Publishes our videos to Instagram and Facebook on schedule by itself, then measures how each post performs at set intervals and brings it together in one dashboard.
-
Partner intake portal
Partners sign in and upload their programmes. Spreadsheets are read automatically into a structured draft, with questions and approval handled in the portal.
-
Lead research and outreach
Researches businesses that could use our work every weekday, checks each one against its own website and Companies House, and drafts a first email for us to review. Once approved, it sends on a schedule, reads replies and times the follow-ups.
Our independent apps and game sit in a separate portfolio. Explore our products and collaborations
Is it worth it?
A small fix can pay for itself on staff time alone. Here is the sum we would work through with you.
Five hours a week
Say a small fix takes five hours a week of re-typing, copying and chasing off your office.
About £4,400 a year
That is what those hours are worth, based on what a North West sales administrator typically costs once employer National Insurance and pension are added.
About four months
So a £1,500 job would pay for itself in about four months, before counting any extra orders it helps you win.
The point is to give your team time back for customers and quotes, not to replace anyone. We also won't promise you a higher win rate: there is no good independent evidence for one. We can make sure every quote is sent and chased on time, and measure the before and after with you.
Sources: ONS Annual Survey of Hours and Earnings 2026 (provisional), sales administrators, North West median £29,211 a year, about £19 an hour worked once employer costs are added; GOV.UK employer rates 2026 to 2027 (National Insurance 15% above £5,000; minimum pension 3%). Assumes 1,740 hours worked and 46 working weeks a year.
How it works
Show us the bottleneck
Tell us what takes time, who does it now and which tools are involved.
Check the simplest fix
We review your current software and whether an existing tool or a small integration is enough.
One scoped improvement
Agree deliverables, price and acceptance criteria before any building starts.
Handover & support
Test with your team, document the workflow and agree any optional ongoing support.
Questions
What if I'm not sure exactly what I need?
That's normal, and it's where most projects start. Tell us what's slow, fiddly or held together with workarounds. Working out what to build is the first part of the job, not something you need to have done before you get in touch.
Will you just build what I ask for?
We begin with the bottleneck, not a feature list. If an existing tool already fixes it, we will say so. Otherwise, we agree a small, testable scope and quote it before starting.
Wouldn't off-the-shelf software be cheaper?
Often, yes. If an existing product already does what you need, we'll tell you, and point you to it. Custom software earns its cost when you're paying for tools that only half fit and making up the difference by hand.
How does pricing work?
We agree a fixed price for a defined task before work starts. Small automations and integrations are welcome; larger tools are scoped as separate phases. Any work beyond the agreed scope is quoted before proceeding.
How are payments handled?
Payment terms are agreed in writing before work begins. Small projects usually have a deposit and a final balance on delivery; larger projects can be split into milestones. We explain any ongoing costs in advance.
How long does it take?
It depends on what's being built, so the quote includes a timeline for the first version. Keeping that first release focused is how we get something useful into your hands quickly, then build on it.
Who owns the software?
You do. Once the project is paid in full, the code and designs made for you are yours, and the accounts it runs on, such as app store listings, hosting and domains, are set up in your business's name. A few general-purpose building blocks we bring to every project stay ours, and you get a permanent licence to use them in yours.
Can you add AI to our software?
Yes, where it genuinely helps. Our own products use it: Rowan in Cairn: Form answers questions from a user's own training record, and EduPro turns teachers' notes into editable drafts. We design AI features so people stay in control of the result, and we'll tell you plainly when a simpler, non-AI approach would do the job better.
Can you build for both iPhone and Android?
Yes. We build iOS and Android apps from one codebase, and handle sign-in, subscriptions and the App Store and Google Play release. It's how we build our own apps.
What happens after launch?
We can look after it: updates, fixes and new features as your business changes. Running costs, such as hosting and app store developer accounts, are set out in the quote, so there are no surprises later.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes. If you'd like a mutual NDA in place before you share the details, we're happy to sign one. You don't need one to send the form: a rough outline is enough to start the conversation.
