A resistance-training app that builds a four-week block around your days, your equipment and your experience, then reads the sets you actually logged to decide what comes next.
Training runs in four-week blocks. Each one ends with a review, and the review shapes the next block.
Evidence, and its limits
The programming rules are checked against ten evidence reviews and a 2026 synthesis of 137 systematic reviews. Where the evidence runs out, Form says so rather than inventing a rule.
Your gym, your week
Built around the days you have, the kit you can reach and the time you can give it, from a full gym to a pair of dumbbells at home.
Inside the app
The programme, the session, and what it learns.
Screens from the app. Figures shown are from a test account.
Today
One screen for the session in front of you.
Where you are in the block, what today holds, and a single button to begin. Set logging keeps your last performance on the same row, so you are never guessing what you did a fortnight ago.
Sets, reps, load and reps-in-reserve in a few taps
Previous performance visible while you train
Machine taken? Swap the exercise and keep going
Programme
A block you can see end to end.
Your split, your sessions and every exercise in them, laid out for the whole four weeks. Nothing is hidden behind a daily reveal, and you can edit the plan yourself when you want to.
Built from your availability, equipment and goals
Muscles in your programme, listed honestly
Edit sessions, exercises and targets by hand
Progress
Where the work actually went.
Direct work by muscle, sets logged, and how load is moving lift by lift. Enough to see whether the block did what it set out to do, without a dashboard you have to decode.
This week, this block, all time
Load at your heaviest set, workout by workout
Every completed session still readable in full
Rowan
A coach that answers from your own training.
Ask why a weight went up, what a session is for, or for a one-off workout when you are away from your plan. Rowan reads your training record and explains it. It suggests; it never rewrites your programme behind your back, and it is not medical advice.

Out now
Start your first block.
Download Cairn: Form, create your account and answer a few questions about your week. Your first four-week block is built from your answers.
On the App Store for iPhone and on Google Play for Android.
Both. The same app, the same programme and the same subscription, on the App Store and Google Play.
Do I need to be experienced?
No. Setup asks what you can train with and how long you have been training, and builds the first block from that. Beginners get a straightforward block; experienced lifters get more to work with.
